Returns Policy

If you order an incorrect part, providing the part is returned to us we will issue a credit note for the item. Goods correctly supplied ,but returned will be subject to a 25% handling charge. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is returned to us in its original packing and condition.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a credit note more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper.

If you order a part and it is sent out incorrectly or fauly, we will either replace the part for the correct one (where possible) or offer a full refund or credit note. Please call the office in the first instance on 02476 371617 or email sales@phillipscommercialsonline.co.uk. This option is only open to you within 7 days of purchase so it is suggested parts are checked as soon as possible once delivered by the courier.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

If you are outside the UK, please email us and let us know which items you require and the shipping address. We will then obtain shipping quotes and give you a final cost. Please email these details to sales@phillipscommercialsonline.co.uk
